Hello,
I am Sindi, Master’s-level Clinician at our Auburn clinic. I have experience providing psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and individualized treatment services across outpatient and residential behavioral health settings.
I’m experienced in working with adults presenting with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, grief and bereavement concerns, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and relationship and couples’ concerns.

I’m Committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrated care that promotes resilience, recovery, healthy relationships, secure attachment, meaning-making, and psychological well- being.
I’m here to work together as you journey towards healing, through understanding youself deeper, integrating your strengths and joy-giving components of your life, while also acuqiring new healthy coping skills to handle challenges and daily stressors.

I know reaching out for help can be hard. I strongly believe when we find the courage to do so, and with the right support, we can move towards hollistic healing.
I’m honored to be working with you in the most sacred and self-building journey of life, where past-wounds could be healed, feelings are processed, and learn new ways to handle distress while simultaneously creating a daily life full of meaning and purpose.
