Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Hi there! I am currently a Clinical Mental Health intern here at North East Health Services – Danvers, completing my degree at Merrimack College. I have worked closely at an adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program for the past year, and my love and admiration for mental health has only grown. I love working with teens, but welcome people of all ages and backgrounds! My personal approach varies depending on what needs you have, but I primarily incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Feminist Theory, and ACT.
I support people across the life span, grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT, while also incorporating creativity to meet each client’s unique needs. Through a nonjudgmental space, clients will feel heard, understood, and empowered to build insight, to develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being authentically you. Whether you are dealing with major life changes or simply looking to better understand yourself, I look forward to supporting you in building a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
