Sarah Milton, MSW

Master’s Social Worker

If you’re navigating a difficult season of life whether that’s a relationship challenge, a major transition, or simply a feeling that something needs to change you’ve come to the right place.
I’m Sarah, a clinical social worker completing my LCSW licensure in Massachusetts, working at our Auburn clinic. I work with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families, bringing a warm, compassionate presence to every session. Therapy with me feels less like a real, two-sided conversation, one that gives you genuine space to reflect, grow, and move forward. My approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused, always tailored to what you need.

Specializing in relationships, life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional wellness. I integrate trauma-processing approaches rooted in EMDR foundations, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. I help you uncover patterns, build resilience, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change on your own terms.

I show up as whoever you need me to be, steady support through life’s hardest moments, and an honest, accountable presence when growth calls for it. Together, we’ll uncover your growth edges and build real pathways to better mental health. You deserve that support. Reach out, I’d love to support you on this journey.
