Sara Amimer, BA, Intern

Intern

Hello, my name is Sara, and I am an Intern at our Quincy, MA clinic.

I am a graduate counseling student currently completing my first clinical internship. I bring a warm, patient, and compassionate presence to my work, shaped by my experience as a teacher supporting children from infancy through second grade, as well as my role as a Member Service Specialist. I am open to work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, using a person-centered, strengths-based approach. If you are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply in need of a supportive space, you do not have to navigate it alone. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you at your pace.

I am eager to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we can explore your experiences, build coping skills, and deepen self-awareness. My goal is to support your growth, help you navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s okay to take that step at your own pace. I believe healing happens within safe, trusting relationships, and I am committed to showing up with authenticity, care, and respect. I would be honored to support you and walk alongside you on your journey.
