Rachel White, MSW, Intern

Intern

Hi, I’m Rachel White, a graduate clinical social work intern at our Orleans clinic. I have experience working with college-age students and adults in a college-based counseling setting.

My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach, and I enjoy exploring thoughts and feelings alongside my clients in a way that feels natural and not forced.

In our work together, I will collaborate with you to find the approaches and techniques that feel most helpful for you. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and we can go at a pace that feels right.

I can support you by creating a space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life, without feeling judged or rushed. I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, as well as those navigating relationship challenges or life transitions.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’m here to offer a supportive space where you can just be yourself. I’d really be glad to work with you.
