I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Clinical Supervisor at our Framingham clinic, providing therapy services both in person and via telehealth.
As a person-centered clinician, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago, where I focused on trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches to treatment. During graduate school, I worked at a Rape Crisis Center and became certified in Rape Crisis Counseling. Since then, I have provided individual therapy to a diverse range of clients and have additional experience working within nonprofit organizations. In my role as a Clinical Supervisor, I also support and mentor developing clinicians in their professional growth and clinical practice.
My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic principles, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build meaningful, fulfilling lives aligned with their values. I draw upon my understanding of the impact of trauma on the brain to help clients make sense of their current coping strategies and patterns. I am passionate about educating clients on the effects of trauma and supporting holistic healing and long-term resilience.
Clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions will find a collaborative, compassionate advocate in our work together. I support individuals in identifying their personal values, developing actionable goals, and creating meaningful change. Through our work, clients can strengthen resilience, cultivate mindfulness, and develop a greater capacity to engage with the full range of human emotions with openness and self-compassion.
