Phoebe Luneau, MSW

Masters Social Worker

Hey there! My name is Phoebe Luneau, and I am a newly-graduated mental health therapist with a professional background in Social Work. I provide therapy services at our Haverhill clinic.

I have worked with teens and adults in outpatient, residential, and healthcare settings. I am experienced in helping with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. My approach to therapy is deeply compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. You are the expert of your life, meaning you know yourself best, and you understand how your experiences have shaped you. I am committed to listening and learning about you, your story, and your goals in therapy.

Together, we will develop goals to support you in making changes to foster a fulfilling life. I primarily use Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy to recognize and validate feelings, while introducing healthy coping skills. Also, I draw from Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, to foster trust, self-understanding, and a deeper connection with your story.

I believe positive change starts with truly feeling seen, heard, and understood. Our emotions are shaped by our experiences, and therapy can hold space to explore your world, however that may look for you. Together, let’s work towards healing and growth, and explore how you can create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
