Mental Health Counselor
Welcome. My name is Nikki. I provide therapy services at our Salem clinic.
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a special focus on sexuality and somatics. My goal as a clinician is to empower people to lead the life they want, feel at home in their own bodies, and practice finding joy. I primarily work with individuals, groups, and couples 18+, but also work with teens. I work with all LGBTQIA+ individuals, have extensive experience working with people who are neurodivergent, and have a special interest in sex therapy and navigating how we view our bodies and sexuality as a whole.
Sometimes we know why we’re feeling the way we do, but we still can’t quite heal. Or we feel so overwhelmed, we don’t know where to start. I take a somatic approach where we look at your physical symptoms and identify emotions. I give you space to feel them with no judgement. You already have what you need inside you. I’m here to help you untangle the web.
For couples, I help with communication and building a strong relationship based on fun, partnership, and empathy. You may struggle to see eye to eye sometimes, but seeking counseling proves you choose to grow together.
