Nicole Zanchetta, BS, Intern

Intern

Hello my name is Nicole and I am a Counseling Intern at our Harvard Square clinic. My training focuses on understanding the connection between emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. I am interested in utilizing somatic and mindfulness-based techniques. I have experience working in psychiatric clinical settings, where I have developed a strong interest in integrative mental health care and supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional challenges. I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relationship concerns.

I believe therapy works best when it feels grounded in curiosity. I am interested in helping people better understand their thoughts and emotions and build greater self-confidence. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply looking to understand yourself more, therapy can help you to slow down and make sense of your experiences.

My goal is to create a warm and respectful space where you can explore challenges openly and at your own pace. I value authenticity and the belief that meaningful change often begins with small insights and compassionate self-understanding. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in building a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
