Hi I’m Molly, I provide therapy services at our Chestnut Hill clinic.
I’m a compassionate, person-centered therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply hoping to better understand yourself, we can work together to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Using DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic processing, we can explore patterns, process difficult emotions, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
I know reaching out for help can feel vulnerable. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, explore difficult experiences, and show up as your authentic self. I’d be honored to support you as you heal and grow.
