Intern

Hello there, I am a graduate-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern practicing at our Brockton clinic. My training focuses on cultural competence, evidence-based practices, human development, and therapeutic relationship building. I work with clients of all ages, from youth to older adults using a person-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other mindfulness practices. My clinical focus is managing anxieties, navigating major life changes, processing grief, and regulating difficult emotions.

My goal is to build a collaborative, supportive space rooted in deep empathy, active listening, and understanding. Together, we will use practical tools like CBT and mindfulness to help you understand your patterns, discover your strengths, and move forward at your own pace. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate your struggles alone. Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I can meet you where you are. If you are facing heavy anxieties, coping with a life change, grieving, or weighed down by your emotions, I am committed to our work together.
