Hello, my name is Matt Davis, a licensed PMHNP working at Northeast Health Service out of Chelsea providing psychiatric services. I am a new provider who is eager to help patients across the lifespan from ages 6 years and up to address various mental health concerns. My goal is to welcome you into a supportive space where you’ll find acceptance and understanding. Drawing on my background, I have previously worked with adolescents in challenging settings as a teacher before pivoting into healthcare as a nurse in the ICU. That being said, I have a unique foundation that has enabled me to work with a wide demographic to best help you explore your needs.

Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your feelings. Using techniques such as patient-centered approach, IPT, CBT as well as other relevant modalities to foster healthy coping skills and navigate life’s challenges. We’ll work together to build the best version of yourself, and discuss pharmacological interventions as needed.

I believe in creating a non-judgemental environment where we can safely discuss anything that might be bothering you. There is good in all of us but sometimes it take outside help to balance life and its emotions.
