Mental Health Counselor

My name is Mary Cronin and I am a clinician at the Northeast Health Services location in Milford. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in both individual and group therapeutic settings, focusing on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and more. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for you to be able to explore your emotions, thoughts, values, and beliefs. I use a person-centered, collaborative, relational approach to ensure you feel safe, heard, understood, and can make progress on whatever goals you have and that are important to you.

We will work together to create a space where you can develop effective coping skills, work through life’s challenges, explore the meaningful relationships in your life, practice self care, and promote healing on your own terms.

Asking for help and sharing vulnerably are not easy, but I believe these are important parts of life that can help us grow and shape us into the people we want to be. I consider it a privilege to be apart of your journey, whatever that may look like for you.
