Master of Social Work

I provide therapy services at our Braintree clinic.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Baylor University, specializing in clinical practice with a concentration in trauma-informed care. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and focused on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop tools for meaningful growth and lasting change.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, including talk therapy, CBT, and DBT. I provide a safe, supportive space while incorporating emotion regulation, grounding, coping skills, and expressive arts. Treatment is individualized to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals

I believe seeking support is a sign of strength, and you deserve a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion and without judgment. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
