Master of Social Work
[She/Her]
Hi, I’m Li. I am a therapist at our Milford, MA clinic. I have experience working with children and adults in both school and outpatient therapy settings. My goal is to welcome you into a supportive and safe space where you’ll find acceptance and understanding. What therapy sessions looks like in this room is I focus on what’s matters most to you and how I can support you. I use strength-based approach to explore your feelings. In addition, I am Hard-of-Hearing, so I may ask you to repeat or speak a bit louder.
When you come into session, together we will create a safe place for you to feel comfortable and explore your feelings and thoughts. I use strength-based approach, narrative and cognitive behavioral therapy. We will also explore coping skills and ways to communicate your needs.
I believe that your feelings matters, whether it’s good or bad, your feelings will always be heard every time you come into sessions. This is a place where you can feel safe to explore and express yourself freely. There is no judgement at all. I may not know everything about you, but I would like to get to know you. I look forward to working with you.
