I utilize person centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help initiate growth and positive change. My goal is always to create a safe and open space for my clients where they can discuss any issues that may be concerning them. I am empathetic, kind, and open minded. I look forward to building trust and communication in order to provide the best environment for the client to foster change and grow. I often work within the LGBTQIA+ community, providing support to their specific needs. I think everyone deserves an individualized plan with goals that are made specifically for them. I like to work with my client to create these goals in order to achieve the best outcome plan moving forward. I will work with you to create a therapeutic relationship where you can find your way to strength, clarity, self awareness and
growth.
I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy having a role there. I believe that a nurturing but straight forward environment can be the most helpful. I work hard to make the space inviting, safe and conducive to growth and change. I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling which I received from Southern New Hampshire University, and am currently working towards getting hours so I may be licensed. I have always wanted to be a therapist and after a brief hiatus I have found my way back to the profession and I am looking forward to working with people in different ways to best suit their needs.
