Mental Health Counselor

I am a Master’s-level clinician at our Boston – Brighton clinic who is passionate about helping others build a strong, compassionate relationship with themselves. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings, with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical work has centered around navigating anxiety, depression, trauma histories, family conflict, identity-related stress, and challenges with self-expression & advocacy. I will approach our journey as a space for honesty, connection, and growth, and my goal is to help you feel both accepted and empowered as you work towards the change most meaningful to you.

My therapeutic style is person-centered and strengths-based. My work is informed by evidence-based modalities like CBT & DBT, and I often incorporate creative and expressive interventions when appropriate. I believe therapy is a highly individualized experience, so I aim to integrate and tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals, strengths, and values.

At the heart of my work, I believe that people deserve to feel seen, respected and supported without judgment, and I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic, grounded, and affirming. Healing often begins with feeling accepted, understood, and empowered. I would love to be a part of your journey!
