Katrina Burkhardt, M.ED, SAC

Mental Health Counselor

Hello! I’m Katrina Burkhardt, a licensed school adjustment counselor and mental health therapist in Foxborough. I have experience working with children and families across schools in Massachusetts. My background in child development and behavioral intervention helps me prioritize gaining a deeper understanding of self and environment. I focus on collaboration and self-exploration to find solutions that work best for each individual in building strong foundational social and emotional skills. I welcome you into a supportive and safe space built on trust and authenticity where you and/or your child feels seen, heard, and supported.

Together, we’ll create feasible strategies and work on taking advantage of natural teaching moments. Using techniques like narrative therapy and the principles of CBT and restorative approaches, I will help you and/or your child face challenges and difficult transitions through communication, coping skills, and personal growth.

My personal philosophy is rooted in self-knowledge. Noticing, naming, and accepting feelings (and acknowledging what you don’t know!) are shows of strength. It would be an honor to support you and/or your child’s growth. With that, I look forward to learning and growing alongside you and, most importantly, celebrating successes—big or small!
