Katherine Conlon, MS

Mental Health Counselor

Hi, I’m Katherine, a recent graduate of the Master of Science program in Mental Health Counseling at UMass Boston. I am a pre-licensed clinician working under the supervision at our Auburn, MA clinic. I take a collaborative, strength’s-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and a focus on understanding patterns and building new perspectives that help you move forward in a way that feels right for you. Together, we can explore how past patterns show up in your present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I work with adolescents an adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, career and school stress, identity-related concerns, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

I also work with couples and families to enhance communication, strengthen feelings of connection, address conflict, and navigate challenges together.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Over time, my hope is that you begin to feel a sense of relief, whether that’s feeling less anxious or depressed, and more grounded and accepting of yourself and your experiences. If this resonates, I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
