Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Smith and I will be interning at Northeast Health Services in Milford, MA! I am a graduate student at Framingham State University for a Masters in Counseling Psychology with anticipated graduation of May 2027. I am interested in working with mood disorders and I would love experience of any age for my clients! I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about how we can work together towards your goals and overall well-being.

I would love to use techniques involved in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy to work on role playing, reframing negative thoughts, mindfulness, and doing so with an unconditional positive regard to make you feel safe, validated, and heard as you disclose your personal journey and goals with me.

Being able to have someone to talk to can help us all to build support systems and coping skills to carry throughout our lives that will benefit us and those around us. It is important to me that I make clients feel validated in their emotions and build upon their strengths. I look forward to connecting with you!
