Intern

Hello, friend! I am Judith(Judy) Wilson, and I am a mental health counselor intern. I am a Master’s student at Merrimack College, and I will be interning at Northeast Health Services in Danvers! My goal is to make you feel welcomed and supported in a safe space. You will be met with understanding and acceptance. My background consists of ABA for children with Autism and individuals with substance use disorder. I hope to be able to help you explore your emotions and work through whatever you need. You will be heard, valued, and I’m excited to start this journey with you!

Together, we will create a safe, supported space where you feel heard and valued. We will explore your emotions and feelings. I would love to learn and use different techniques with you, like art therapy or CBT. I will help you build coping skills to help you manage life’s challenges. We’ll work together to help you understand yourself better.

I believe that asking for help is the first step to feeling better. I will help you acknowledge your feelings and process them, as I know it can be a difficult thing to do. I want you to know you can talk to me about anything, and I’m motivated to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey to wellness.
