Master’s Social Worker
Hello there! I’m Jordan Hoang, a MSW Graduate at the Plymouth Clinic. I have experience working with children and teens in both school and outpatient therapy settings. My goal is to provide a supportive space where my clients find acceptance and understanding. In practice, I focus on what matters most to you and will work to find you the right process and resources. In practice, I use a person-centered approach to explore anxiety, fears, and strong emotions with my clients. During our time together, you will be heard, valued, and respected as we traverse personal challenges and work toward meaningful growth and positive change.
Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your feelings. Using a person-centered approach, I help build confidence within your communication skills, coping skills based on you, and self-compassion to help navigate different domains in life. We’ll take time to curate a path to a journey of understanding yourself and the people around you.
Asking for help takes courage, and reaching out is one of the hardest first steps. Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to share what you’re going through. You deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and accepted for who you are. If you’re considering therapy, I would be grateful for the opportunity to support you along the way.
