Intern
Welcome! My name is Jeanette and I am a clincial intern at our Worcester clinic, currently finishing my last year at Fitchurg State University where I am pursuing a MS degree. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted for who you are. I have a particular interest in working with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and stress, While I use evidence-based approaches, I also believe therapy should feel personal and flexible. I approach counseling with cultural humility and curiosity, taking the time to understand your perspective, while take a strength-based and solution-focused approach.
Counseling is about more than managing symptoms. It can be a space to slow down and make sense of what you are experiencing. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients dealing with anxiety, stress, recovery issues, and depression so they can move towards building a more authentic life.
Therapy is a space to feel heard and supported without judgement. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to be there as you gain insight, skills, or new perspectives. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling differently. If you’re ready, I’m here to listen and help.
