JaZelle Lampkin, MS

Mental Health Counselor

Hi! My name is JaZelle Lampkin, and I am a master’s-level clinician at our Salem, MA clinic. I have experience working with adults navigating substance use disorders, particularly in inpatient residential settings. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, experiences, and needs. I strive to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to help you move toward the person you want to become. In my practice, I use reality therapy, strengths-based, and person-centered approaches. Together, we will explore your experiences, build on your strengths, & develop skills to support you through life’s transitions.

Together, we will create a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I use a variety of techniques, including thought records, mindfulness exercises and choice exploration. Through this process, you can build self-awareness, develop healthier coping skills to navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

Taking the first step to reach out for help isn’t easy, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to do so. Everyone’s capable of change and growth. My role is to support you, not to change who you are, but to help you become the version of yourself you want to be. If you feel ready to take that next step, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
