Mental Health Counselor
Hello, I’m Jack! I am working towards my LMHC licensure and offer services at our Woburn, MA clinic. I have a background providing outpatient therapy services in community mental health and a college counseling center. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and difficulties at school or in relationships. I also have experience working with athletes and individuals involved in sports, helping them manage performance pressure, build confidence, and stay mentally focused.
I focus on helping clients improve self-regulation, enhance communication, and build confidence in managing daily stressors. My approach is collaborative and I draw from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify and build on their strengths to create change.
I focus on creating a nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. I try to meet clients where they’re at; whether that means taking things slow, using humor, or finding creative and engaging ways to connect. I also take a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize their progress and build confidence in their ability to handle challenges.
