Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hi, my name is Isabel. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience. I offer psychiatry services at our Sudbury, MA clinic.

I treat patients across the lifespan, ages six and up, with a focus on treating adults. While my background in OB/GYN has inspired me to take a special interest in women’s mental health, I provide care to patients of all walks of life, including seniors, veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from immigrant or refugee communities. My approach is collaborative, taking the time to understand your goals and create a personalized care plan that feels achievable and comfortable.

I assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, PTSD, and more. I take a holistic approach, considering each individual’s life circumstances to ensure treatment is tailored to their needs.
