Mental Health Counselor
Hello! I’m Emma Roche, a master’s-level therapist at Northeast Health Services in Foxborough, MA.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, and I truly value getting to know each person’s unique story. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely accepted, just as you are. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, so we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you as you navigate your journey. In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and seen.
I take a person-centered approach and integrate different techniques to fit your unique needs, drawing from approaches like CBT and ACT. I support individuals with a range of mental health concerns, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy working with children to help them grow and build skills through play.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay if it feels a little uncomfortable at first. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I’m here to meet you where you are, and it would be an honor to support you as you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want for yourself.
