Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi, I’m Emma, a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that feeling understood and supported can make a meaningful difference in therapy. I provide therapy services at our Brighton clinic.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in outpatient and integrated medical settings, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, women’s mental health, and life transitions. I take a warm, collaborative approach and believe that our relationships and experiences can shape how we understand ourselves. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted as we work together toward meaningful change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, women’s mental health, and life transitions. Using family systems, narrative, and other evidence-informed approaches, I help clients understand their experiences, recognize patterns, and build practical tools for meaningful change.

I believe reaching out for therapy is an act of courage, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. I know opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable, so I work to create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. I’d be honored to meet you where you are.
