Intern

Hello, I’m Daniel, a clinical mental health graduate student with a background in psychology. My specialities/interests include anxiety, depression, and trauma. I primarily work with young adults and adults who are dealing with these issues. I am an Intern at our Sudbury, MA clinic.

I can help you by providing a supportive, structured, and evidence-based space to help you better understand what you are going through, and work with you toward a meaningful change that is realistic and feels sustainable for you.

Something important to remember is that therapy does not require you to be in a crisis; it simply requires a willingness to ask for help and to start where you are. I have always approached therapy with warmth, while maintaining respect for your individuality and your lived experience.
