Hello! I provide therapy services at our Milford clinic.
I have a School Counselor 068 certification, and I am Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Connecticut, holding a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from University of Connecticut, a second master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
I provide Individual and family counseling for children, adolescents
therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, anger management, crisis intervention stress, and life transitions or changes, and self-esteem issues.
Group counseling on Anger Management, Grief, Peer Relationships, Relationship Issues, School Issues and Sports Performance.
I am fueled by a desire to help people and to give back to the community. There is a tremendous community need for mental health services. Unfortunately, this need is underserviced, leaving many without proper coping skills, grieving, and processing techniques. I recognizes the problem and wants to do a part to help work towards a solution.
