Colleen Pratt, LMHC, M.ED., Intern

Intern

I’m a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at our Plymouth clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care to adults navigating the complexities of life transitions, grief, and identity. My practice is rooted in a person-centered, trauma-informed framework, ensuring that every individual—particularly our older adult population—feels seen, heard and valued. By combining evidence-based foundations with a deep commitment to health equity, my goal is to empower clients to build resilience and lead more meaningful, balanced lives.

I work with adults facing stress, life transitions, grief, and questions about identity or direction. Together we build insight, coping skills, and greater emotional resilience so you can move forward with clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Reaching out is a brave first step. I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where you can feel truly valued and heard. Together, we will work to navigate life’s many stressors and empower you to move forward toward a more balanced and meaningful life for yourself.
