Intern

Hello! My name is Chrystal and I am an Intern at our Attleboro clinic.
I’m a graduate student in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling with extensive professional experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use. My approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to pursue meaningful change.
I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and substance use. Using Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and set realistic goals that align with their values and support meaningful, sustainable change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and appropriate humor, creating a supportive space to move at a comfortable pace. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
