Mental Health Counselor

Hello, and welcome. I’m Christina DoSouto, a master’s-level therapist at our Brockton clinic who believes every person deserves to be seen beyond a diagnosis or difficult season. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and collaborative. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to meeting you wherever you are in your journey.
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, breathwork, and strengths-based care. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore and identify practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable growth and well-being.
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out takes courage. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after time away, you don’t have to have everything figured out. My hope is that you’ll feel welcomed, heard, and supported from our very first conversation as we move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.
