Master of Social Work

Hello, I’m Cheryl Noronha. I provide therapy services at our Marlborough clinic. My advanced generalist MSW and Gerontology Certificate prepared me to support children ages six and older, teens, and adults of all ages. Having lived across three continents, I value how culture, family, and identity shape how we see ourselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered on your strengths. We’ll begin wherever you are, in a safe, nonjudgmental space, at a pace that respects your needs and readiness. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and build skills to navigate challenges, make informed, confident decisions, and strengthen your well-being.
I’m interested in helping with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and managing difficult emotions using CBT strategies & DBT-informed skills to build coping & communication. My gerontology training helps me support you through aging and changing roles while maintaining connection and independence. We’ll find practical approaches that fit your needs and life.
I know from personal experience that reaching out can feel difficult, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t need perfect words or all the answers. Your story matters. I welcome your questions, uncertainties, and hopes. Together, we can bring clarity to what feels confusing or daunting. I look forward to getting to know you.
