I am a therapist at our Lowell clinic. I enjoy working with young adults and parents struggling with relationship and parenting problems, many with trauma histories themselves. Working together I can collaboratively assist them to experience happier more fulfilling lives with their own growing families. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. My approach is client centered, with compassion, meeting the changing needs of the client as we explore and identify their particular needs and goals.
I support clients through many of the mainstream talk therapy modalities and may use EMDR therapy with clients to process trauma they may have experienced in a sensitive, non-judgmental, healing manner. Among traumatic experiences, one in three women and one in six men have experienced sexual trauma, not often spoken about or validated. I offer a safe space for clients to heal and overcome these obstacles to living a happier and healthier life.
Being a therapist is my life’s passion. My purpose is to serve my clients, to uplift them, and encourage them in their journey of self acceptance, greater self-esteem, and confidence so they may fulfilling their hopes and dreams for a happier future. I feel it is a privilege to work with clients, I am humbled by their perseverance and courage. Courage is being fearful but doing it anyway
