Hi, I’m Carolyn Costa, a clinical intern here at NEHS in Taunton. My background includes supporting older adults in long-term care settings, and I am excited to expand my practice to work with clients across all life stages. I am dedicated to creating a safe, genuinely inclusive space where you feel heard and valued. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are today, working collaboratively with you to support your personal growth and well-being.
I use a person-centered foundation, adapting my style to fit what you need most. I enjoy bringing creative elements into the therapeutic space, utilizing art concepts and role-play to help you safely process emotions and navigate life. We will work together to find the conversational or creative approach that resonates with you.
I know how hard it can be to share your deepest emotions and experiences with a stranger. Life is challenging, and while our individual stories are different, we are all navigating this world together. My ultimate goal is to ensure you never feel alone in your struggles.
