Intern
I am a Master of Social Work Intern at our Falmouth clinic with a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive, comfortable, and free of judgment, and I value meeting each person where they are. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before starting therapy.
I am especially interested in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship or family challenges, and difficult life transitions. Our work may include identifying patterns that are keeping you stuck, developing healthier ways to cope with stress and emotions, strengthening communication and boundaries, and gaining a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I know that finding the right therapist can feel like a process, and feeling comfortable with the person you are talking to matters. I bring curiosity, openness, and a genuine interest in getting to know each person as an individual—not just the challenges that brought them to therapy. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you think we might be a good fit, I would be happy to connect and learn more about what you are looking for from therapy.
