Hello! my name is Autumn Fortunato, and I am an Intern at our Lawrence clinic.
I am a clinical mental health counselor graduate students at Merrimack College. I earned a bachelors degree in psychology at Loyola University, Maryland. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adult adults in a variety of settings. My experience includes working with children with developmental disabilities, supporting families and assisting individuals facing family conflict in other life stressors. My approach is warm, supportive and collaborative drawing from person centered, cognitive behavior, and solution focus techniques to meet each client’s needs.
I work children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, life, transitions, relationship difficulties, or emotional struggles. My interest include supporting children, and families, helping individuals build healthy coping skills, and fostering resilience during difficult times.
I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard and understood. together we will explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.
