Intern
Hello! My name is Annie Butchert. I am an Intern at our Quincy clinic.
I am currently a graduate student obtaining my Masters in clinical social work, specializing in Children, Youth, and Families. I have experience helping children and their families navigate a myriad of challenges from the post-partum period all the way into adulthood. Using a strengths-based, relational approach, we’ll create a welcoming space where you can feel heard and valued. I always strive to create an environment of understanding and support where you can explore your feelings freely.
Together, we’ll work on exploring your experiences and building resilience. Using techniques like goal development and stress management, we’ll work on developing life skills and building your own mindful toolbox to be as successful as you can be.
Everyone needs help sometimes and asking for it is never easy. Taking that first step is often the hardest but acknowledging your feelings and asking for help are some of the most valuable skills. I will do everything in my power to make sure you feel valued and heard wherever you are in your journey. I look forward to taking those next steps with you!
