Mental Health Counselor

My name is Anna. I am provide therapy services at our Billerica clinic. I have worked as part of the mental health field for 10 years and am working on getting my liscence. I hold degrees in psychology, substance use, and counseling. I work with ages from preteen into geriatric age, in some areas such as the LGBTQ+ community, immigrants, adoptees, and anyone seeking a safe, affirming, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I have worked with teens and adults in substance use settings such as in patient, PHP, IOP, and crisis call lines. I have worked in private practice and community mental health throughout different states and in different populations.

Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs by drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, helping you develop skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Finding the right therapist can make all the difference, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season of life, processing past experiences, or working toward personal growth, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to helping you.
