Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I provide therapy services at our Boston South End clinic.

My background includes working with adults and young adults in the mental health field, supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions and manage mental health challenges. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric care, library social work, and college counseling. I work with clients addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, and I support individuals in coping with everyday stressors and challenges. As a clinician, my focus is on collaborating with clients to help them feel supported, valued, and empowered to reach their goals.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, integrating interventions from narrative and cognitive-behavioral therapies, as well as mindfulness and somatic techniques. My goal is to help clients feel capable and empowered while building coping and communication skills and developing a deeper understanding of their mind and body.

I strive to create a collaborative and safe environment where clients can express themselves, explore their feelings, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes that support their growth and goals. I look forward to working with clients and to build a relationship of mutual trust and understanding.
