Mental Health Counselor

Hi! I’m Anissa, and I provide therapy services at our Auburn clinic.

I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping clients better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with clients ages 8-73 and have supported individuals through anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration..etc. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also support clients in building coping skills, communication, boundaries, and confidence while creating meaningful, lasting change for themselves!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to have everything figured out. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and free to be yourself. I believe you know yourself best, and I’m here to listen, support, and work alongside you. I look forward to learning your story and helping you feel more confident in navigating life!
