Intern
My name is Andrea Reilly, and I am an Intern at our West Springfield clinic!
I am currently completing my clinical MSW training with a focus on person-centered, trauma-informed care. My background includes community-based support work, discharge planning, and mental health services, with experience working alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional stress, family challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem and identity. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel safe enough to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences honestly. I am not here to “fix” or change who you are. Instead, I aim to help guide you toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence in your own ability to grow and heal.
Healing takes time, and meaningful change rarely happens overnight. Even small, consistent steps can lead to significant growth over time. Therapy is not about changing who you are, but helping you reconnect with your strengths, build insight, and create the life you want with support, empathy, and guidance along the way.
