Hello, my name is Andra Alpert and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Social Work. I am an Intern at our Framingham clinic.

I have experience working with adolescents and young adults in residential care settings, supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, build healthy coping skills, and strengthen your confidence. I support clients dealing with trauma, stress, anxiety, and any other concerns. I am here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It’s not always easy to open up, but you deserve a space where you feel understood and supported.
