Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello, my name is Alyssa Cassino and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate at our Foxborough clinic. My professional experience includes working with individuals navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges within the clinical and legal systems. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression and crisis situations.

In outpatient therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and strengths-based care. I recognize that every individual’s experiences are unique, and I tailor treatment to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.
