- Request a Medication Refill: You will be able to request a medication refill.
If your client MYIO portal is set up, you will have received an email with login instructions and a username from your clinical team. This link expires after 72 hours, so be sure to set up your profile shortly after receiving this email.

Appropriate Use For MYIO Secure Messaging
- Refill Requests
- Note that advance lead time must be provided. The office requires 3 business days to process a request
- There are some exceptions where requests may not be filled – i.e. if an appointment is needed, a change in treatment plan, provider discretion
- Appointment Cancellations/Reschedules
- The best way to avoid a late cancellation charge is to send a secure message via the portal at least 24 hours prior to the appointment
- Requesting that upcoming appointments be converted to telehealth or in-person
- Medical Records Requests
Inappropriate Use for MIYO Secure Messaging
- Change of Insurance
- Clients should update their MIYO portal profile demographics directly
- Billing Questions, Insurance Questions, In or Out of Network Benefits or Costs
- Questions about your billing statement can be answered by calling (617) 477-0553.
- Questions about your network benefits or costs should be directed to your insurance provider.
- Clinical Questions
- Providers are unable to engage in clinical care over secure messaging
- These questions must be answered in either an in-person or telehealth appointment
