Mental Health Counselor
Hello. I’m Wyeisha Davis, a trained mental health therapist at our Brockton, MA clinic, offering therapy services to children, teens, and adults. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely and feel genuinely heard. Early in our work together, my focus is on getting to know you—how you understand yourself, your relationships, and what’s bringing you to therapy now. Rather than rushing to solutions, I value allowing patterns to emerge naturally and honoring your pace.
My work is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, and DBT approaches to support insight, emotional awareness, and skill development. Interventions are tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and readiness, with an emphasis on safety and the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for change.
I focus on attachment, relationships, anxiety, identity exploration, and long-standing patterns, supporting insight and self-compassion
If you’re considering therapy, know that therapy is a space to show up as you are, with no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll move forward together at a pace that feels safe and aligned with your readiness.
