I am a clinician at our Boston – Government Center clinic who provides therapy services!
Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, or just needing a space to talk things through—you’re not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward real, meaningful change.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), especially for anxiety and OCD-related struggles. But I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll take a collaborative approach tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals.
My style is warm, practical, and empowering. I bring both clinical expertise and personal understanding—having lived across different cultures and overcome my own challenges, I know how much courage it takes to seek support.
