I believe mental health is an integral component of overall wellbeing and aim to help clients improve their everyday functioning by processing emotions and dealing with anxiety in healthy ways.
I believe my empathy and curiosity are two of the best tools I bring to counseling sessions. I also value a sense of humor and believe that laughter is a form of medicine.
