Master of Social Worker

I am a clinician at our Watertown clinic who provides therapy services!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in K-12 schools and residential treatment for men with co-ocurring mental health and substance use disorders. I’ve supported individuals facing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions, including reintegration after incarceration or probation. I’m passionate about advocating for women’s rights and creating a safe space for everyone to explore challenges openly without judgement.

I use CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches to help clients manage emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify strengths, explore solutions, and develop practical strategies for growth in a supportive, empowering, and collaborative space.
